Dear Jets,

And no, I don't mean the professional football team who lost to the Colts...or the finger snapping Shark fighting caucasians in West Side Story...or even Elton's catchy and often unknown lyrics of the song first featured on Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.

I mean the great 80's pop band:

From a quick poll of close friends and coworkers, apparently my family was one of few families who owned the groups albums on cassette. And I'll even stake a claim to fame and say one of the former band members married the sister of my childhood friend.

Thank goodness for great 80's music. And by great, I mean nostalgic.
I needed this today.

8 people? Please tell me at least a few of them played an instrument.

Thanks for the little trip down memory lane. I remember doing a dance routine in the 6th grade talent show to Rocket 2 U with Jen Bouse & Nicole Andrus. Matching seersucker short/tank sets and all. Awesome ... in so many ways and on so many levels.
